Ezekiel Imoh: Nigeria's new kid on the block

The 2012/13 football season was one to remember for this young Nigerian footballer, Ezekiel Imoh. He stood out as one of the highest scoring African footballers in Europe in what was officially his full debut season.
This 19year old boy featured for an amateur club in Lagos, 36 Lions, as at 2011 and only moved to Europe (Belgium precisely) towards the end of 2011, where he teamed up with Top club Standard Liege. He managed only 4 goals in 7 games in the 2011/12 season which wasn't a bad return for a rookie. The following season however saw him notched up an impressive 16goals in 33 matches he played. His most remarkable goal was against RC Genk in May 2013 where he displayed the composure way beyond his years to score a delightful goal that earned his team a 1-1 draw..

He may not be the tallest of players, yet he's got good aerial ability, strong, lightning fast, dribbles well and uses both feet. He is an Eagle in waiting and to those who haven't seen him play, here are clips from some of his games. Watch out for him in the coming season. THE BOY IS GOOD.
